  Nothing like being woke up because collection center Inc desided they were going to bleed my husband and I dry out of our savings accounts and also puting us in a $-500 in our checking account! Takeing 5 different transactions out of our accounts with out any notice! Leaving us with no money to buy food or pay our bills. I called them to see if there was any way to get some of our money back so we can at least buy food and get our checking out of a negative , all they told us there was nothing we can do about it and as for the checking my husband and I should find a way to make a deposit so we don't loose our account with our bank. She also told me that she would have one of her manager's contact me to go over everything and that was at 8am and as of now haven't heard anything from them. Pluss I had to send them a copy of my bank statements to them to prove they took the money out. I am seriously thinking about getting me a lawyer because this is BS and is probably against the law.

  This place makes its money off from the hospital's poor insurance and patient billing practices. Actually, it makes so much money from the hospital, you can look on Facebook at the HUGE donation it made to Memorial Hospital of Carbon County FOUNDATION, because the hospital itself doesn't operate as a non-profit. I wonder how many default judgments this place gets for garnishments each year for medical bills....that would make a good news article! The Hospital, Collection Center, Lawyers involved, etc....none of them care about you or your health. Their practices are extremely unethical and it's inconceivable that they are even able to operate legally.
